The Sacred Heart Immersions

Monthly 7pm - 9pm Fridays

When undergoing long periods of stress, trauma and or grief our vitality quickly and rapidly decreases directly impacting our health. Through meditative practices we ignite a restoration process. These 2 hour sessions are for you to come and rebuild prana (vital energy) and experience deeply felt nourishment.

A heart focused session exploring practices that gently open and soothe the heart and move you towards those deep restful states that allow for tenderness and connection to be experienced. 

Herbal tea will be served after.

Practice is suitable for all levels and may include:

  • Asana (remedial movements + postures)

  • Pranayama (conscious breathwork - suitable practices)

  • Mantra (chanting, clear pronunciation, may be silent)

  • Nīdra (guided deep rest practice)

  • Tea served after with time to connect

Our hearts reside with in the esoteric region of ‘prana vayu’ (vital energy/wind) which is the vayu that governs our capacity to replenish and truly nourish. The beautiful heart, lungs, brain and eyes are most linked to this particular vayu and the practices will specifically support these organs. However; prana vayu feeds the other four vayus (udana, samana, vyana & apana) responsible for how we express ourselves, process information, coordinate information and release it. So; you will be nourishing all of these subtle yet very real aspects of yourself during practice therefore directly affecting your whole being.
