  • Recovering from illness

  • Regularly attend group classes without tailored attention

  • Wish to build confidence to begin group classes

  • Would like to improve your relationship with your body, rebuild trust + agency

  • Have experienced talking therapies without success and aware your body has been over looked

Therapeutic 1:1 sessions are available to adults + teenagers

Initial Consultation: Adults 1.5 hours + Teenagers 60minutes

Follow Up sessions: Adult 1 hour + Teenagers are 45-60minutes

A regular one to one session is also available. Here Tiffany will guide you through a 60 minute practice that can be in the style of your choice i.e. dynamic, restorative, meditative, breath focused or somewhere in between.

In a one to one session you will be asked about goals and to share as much and or as little as you are comfortable to about your health + history.

Considering what you present, hope to achieve, observation of breathing patterns, postural habits and general mood Tiffany will become informed of your present state and how best to guide you in your practice.

Observing the subtle changes that will occur during the session Tiffany will continually evolve a practice to best guide you.

Personalised practices vary from one person and session to the next and it may be that asana (posture/movement) is less required and pranayama (breathing technique) + mantra (chanting) will be of greater use. We discuss, observe, suggest + progress.

You will develop a home practice through suggested homework if you would like to.

  • “I have been going to Tiffany’s classes for some time and have also had some one to one classes with her. Tiffany’s knowledge and body awareness is second to none . I have a scoliosis and she helps with how best to adjust my posture and tailors the exercises to suit my issues. I would recommend her most highly.”

  • “An exceptional experience working with Tiffany for my yoga practice. Her acute understanding and ability to tune into what is needed. A shift of the hip, lengthen the back, deeper breath, whatever it is, she hits the nail on the head and allows the space for this release and growth. Her restorative classes rock. I can’t sing her and those one to one restorative sessions enough. Thanks Tiffany.”

  • “Tiffany’s practice as a yoga teacher is deeply thoughtful and thorough. She uses the traditions of the practice to great effect and is very observant and sensitive to the varied needs of everyone in her classes. There is such a sincerity to the way she teaches, which comes from her commitment to the purpose of yoga and its necessity in contemporary life. Her approach has taught me a huge amount about my practice because Tiffany encourages us to come to the mat in an honest way. she truly cares about the ongoing health and wellbeing of the people she teaches, whether they are a regular at her classes or she has never met them before. I can see clearly why she would like to use the knowledge she has gained to extend her excellent work as a yoga teacher into new work as a yoga therapist. In some ways she has already been doing this as a yoga teacher, offering insights and support through suggestions to attendees for yoga practice and self-care beyond the hour or so on the mat each class. Her strengths lie in the fact that she believes in the transformative capacity of yoga for our physical, mental and emotional growth, and teaches in a way that is generous, non-judgmental and holistic.”

  • “I’ve really enjoyed working with Tiff over the last month. The yoga practice was deeply restorative and I was able to easily drop down into my breath. I love the soothing tones of Tiffanys voice and the language she uses to describe the peeling back of the layers of myself. A perfect way to feel held. I trusted her so deeply that I was able to get into a headstand for the first time since I was 12. This was such a deep release. Thanks so much for your support. I will definitely be back for more.”

  • “I have been practising with Tiffany for over six years. She’s always been a very passionate and dedicated teacher. She’s come to such an understanding that she’s not willing to compromise anymore with over filled yoga rooms or businesses that are trying to achieve targets. Tiffany has created her own new space which enables her to give attention to detail and individualised tailored cut teachings fitting to the needs to each of her Students. I feel that through Tiffany I have access to a more comprehensive outlook of what Yoga can be and a opportunity to go back to the basics which allows me to achieve my full potential. With a comprehensive knowledge comes a very cheery happy and natural personality that makes you feel welcome understood and safe in your practice. I recommend her teachings and her facilities from the bottom of my heart.“
