Cancellation / Amendment Policy
Please read carefully the cancellation and amendment policy for each of the services provided at Sacred Story.
Please note an admin fee of £2 will be administered covering the fees set through the payment platform used by Sacred Story where refund is granted.
One to One sessions
A minimum of 1 weeks cancellation notice for full refund.
To amend the time and or date a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
Monthly Immersions
Transferable with 72 hours notice or refundable with 1 week notice.
Teacher Mentoring
A minimum of 1 weeks cancellation notice for full refund.
To amend the time and or date a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
Group Class Pass
Minimum 1 week prior to first class.
Freezing the class pass is possible at Tiffanys discretion. It may also be transferred to another student at Tiffany’s discretion.
Single Class
No refund.
To transfer class a minimum of 72 hours notice is required.
Foundation Course
A minimum of 1 weeks notice for full refund and 1 weeks notice to transfer to the next course.
Morning Retreats
Minimum of 1 weeks notice is required for a refund.
Workshops
Minimum of 72 hours notice is required for a refund.
